The firm has announced the drone OnePlus DR-1 that is a special limited edition product priced at $19.99 (approx. Rs 1,200). The firm claims that this drone is the most compact remote controlled drone launched ever weighing 12.5 grams with a wingspan of 70 mm. The 100 mAh battery in the drone powers it to fly for about 5 to 8 times on a 20 minute charge.
When the firm teased the drone claiming it to be a game changer, it was expected to be a gaming device. Considerably, the OnePlus forum stated that with over a year of experience in the industry, the firm has been able to launch a flagship killer smartphone that has taken it beyond the innovation and revolutionary ideas that any other firm might come up with. Notably, the OnePlus One was available on an open sale today listing both the 16 GB and 64 GB variants of the smartphone. The second generation flagship smartphone from the manufacturer is all set to go official in the next quarter.
